Our CEO and Founder, is a respected executive, with a distinguished 25 year career, strategizing and leading sales and marketing operations for fortune 500 organizations, and is now focused on helping others in coaching and mentoring teams in client’s needs analysis with a solution based, consultative approach to sales. Having a great deal of experience in sales and management from starting organizations from the ground up, to acquisition and mergers, to restructuring sales organizations, he inspires teams and quickly forges solid relationships with strategic partners to build consensus across multiple levels of an organization. He is the partner you to need to help take your business to the next level.
ROBERT CRIPPS, CSL, CSP
Our Senior Director of Business Development has over two decades of sales leadership and business development experience. Working with local, national, and international companies, he has a broad understanding of both large and SMB companies. He is a Certified Sales Leader (CSL), and a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) with expertise in value-based selling, solution sales, B2B sales, account management, and relationship management. He has lead teams of professionals who drive positive business and revenue growth, while working with stakeholders to help streamline their specific business needs. As an individual contributor he maintained achievement in the top 1% performance level for generating above quota. He is passionate about helping people find the best solutions for their needs, while leveraging the latest technologies and trends in the industry. Lastly, he is always eager to collaborate with other professionals and experts in the field to contribute to mutual success.
